Professional Growth Plan
I am only in my third year of teaching and therefore my growth plan in constantly changing.

Future Goals
I have many goals for my educational future.
One of my goals for next year is to design meaningful projects that cover PLOs and are dynamic and flexible for me, and fun and interactive for my students. My second goal is to incorporate goal setting activities into all my classes so students can understand the power of goal setting. My third goal, will probably be a career long goal. I would like to be able to adapt my lessons to challenge the high achievers and at the same time not overwhelm students who struggle with stress/ anxiety and skill level.
1. Create meaningful, dynamic projects
2. Incorporate goal setting into my lessons
3. Assess and address the range of needs of a classroom
How will I accomplish my goals?
Hard work, a lot of mistakes and the support of my mentors and coworkers. I will also like to continue to blog about my failures and successes so this blog will keep me accountable.
How will I know I have achieved my goals?
My students will be engaged and excited about their learning. They will know what they want to get out of of their learning and they will have a sense of where they are going with their knowledge. My goals will be achieved when my students are happy and stress-free and I am happy and stress-free.
